Welcome to the adult English as a Second Language (ESL) program, funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training, and Skills Development (MLITSD).
We are happy that you are here!
Whether you have been in Canada for 10 years, 10 months, 10 weeks or 10 days, we have a language class for you. Our qualified ESL instructors are trained in Portfolio Based Language Assessment to provide our learners with the best language training experience.
Courses are available at Canadian Language Benchmarks 4, 5, 6 and 7. Learners are improving their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills as well as grammar and pronunciation. Employment topics are embedded throughout all English classes.

Our current in-person MORNING class offerings run Monday - Friday from 9am - Noon:

In-Person ESL classes are located on the second floor at 164 Van Order Drive, Kingston. If you require an elevator, please enter through the main doors at the front of the building.
We are excited to offer two afternoon ONLINE courses from 12:30pm - 2:00pm:
CLB 4 with Hina
CLB 6 with Carolin
Classes are cancelled on PA days and holidays.
